No More Delaying

Ideally, this journey would start on the first of the month, the first of the year, and one day as long as it was significant. But here I am, starting today. Now is as good a time as any right?

I am done battling with my weight... ready to slim down for good. I want to feel good in my clothes (especially that pile of "goal clothes" that still have their tags on!!), be as confident, and find my happy weight.

So it's time to focus/track what I'm eating/exercise so I can fit back into ALL my clothes comfortably!

So here's my plan to be able to Say Hello to Svelte (defined as: slender and elegant):

1. track via Sparkpeople, a free website for weight, food, and fitness tracking! & stay in my recommended #s
       it recommends for me: Calories  1,200-1550
                               Carbohydrates  135-252
                                               Fat   27-60
                                          Protein  60-136
2. Quit bingeing! No uncontrolled, endless eating when I'm not even hungry!!
3. Eat only once hungry, tummy growls
4. Eat only what I love. (Only make changes that you can live with for a lifetime! Great advice from RunsforCookies, Katie) My happy weight won't be worth if I have to eat like a rabbit!
5. Walk at least 2 times a week (to start- still trying to find that old "loved to workout and sweat" me!)


My ultimate goal is to reach what I feel is my "happy weight," where my eating is controlled, all my clothes fit, and I am confident. Probably around 129-135, but that may not be exact. For now, 140- then 135- then 130! The highest weight I have reached is 153- and I do not want to go back!!
