Daily Update: Day 1- December 3, 2012


I woke up abruptly at about 8:45 am, for no apparent reason, but I had a voicemail from my mom saying UPS had called and needed a physical address because they could not deliver to my P.O. Box- college probs- so after I resolved that, I headed back to sleep for a few more hours!
Today actually started around 10:00 when I got up, weighed, organized my plan of attack, read some blogs and enjoyed my morning Peppermint Mocha coffee- pure bliss!
I had to finish up my final assignment for Child Development and help M complete a rough draft for his english class. A very light day of classes since Plants and Humans, and the corresponding lab, was cancelled. Hurray for the last 2 days of classes!! I am so ready to complete my exams and head home for the holidays! Lots of family time headed my way :)

Once I finished class for the day, I headed to my house to hang on the computer and relax with my roommates for a while! Then it was time for sorority chapter followed by a little time with my sweet friend Catherine! Now back on the couch with dinner and staying here for the night relaxing & watching some football!
By the way- the weather today- phenomenal! Between 64 & 72 degrees!!


WI: Yes, I am a weigh in everyday type of girl. I think it's just personal preference. Maybe won't once I reach "happy weight". Today I weighed in at 145.8- not a bad start! Especially from 148.8 yesterday. Who knows how there is a 3 pound difference- Must just be a water weight shift... annoying!

By the Numbers: I ended up not eating until about 3:30, simply because I was waiting to actually be hungry not just eat because it was "time" or scheduled.
I ended the day at:

Right in my recc!! So glad! Now to make sure I don't eat anymore tonight...

It was really funny that I wasn't hungry for so long but it was kind of nice to know that I was fine- I didn't feel that sense of urgency I usually do that I have to eat now simply because it has been 3 hours since my last bite! Small steps.
